It's a bit chilly here! 🥶 So, I am happy to have finished knitting and crocheting blankets for the family. Also, I knitted a soft, warm, squishy jacket out of leftover yarn.
I recently "discovered" Premier's Parfait XL, Parfait XL Sprinkles yarns, and Watercolor Chenille yarns; they are all lovely! The yarns are 100% polyester, and, as a huge bonus, they are Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® Certified, meaning they are tested for 350+ harmful substances and deemed safe*.
I loved working with these yarns because they are incredibly soft, with little fiber fallout and no pilling after washing. In the 40+ skeins that I used to make these items, only one or two of them had a knot. That is a huge WIN for me! 🥳 💕🧶
